FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEM/S
Please email sales@mynorris.com within 2 days of receiving your purchase with your order #, a description and clear photo of the fault or incorrect item/s so that we can sort this out for you ASAP!

Our customer service team will assess the product/reasons and advise if the exchange or refund option is available.

All warranties are supplied by the manufacturer and not that of Norris. These warranties are offered by the manufacturer, who specify the warranty periods and may vary for each item. Norris has no control over manufacturer warranty and repair periods. Norris will do all that it can to ensure that it is handled as quickly as possible.
